I was pleased to find out that Extension Architecture has really good knowledge on conservation areas, and listed buildings.

I was told by two local architecture that it was difficult to gain the side extension as the local conservation area guidelines, but with the advise of EA,we regained our lost confidence, and have managed to follow through and now the permission has been received, in my hands!

The response speed from the team was really quick, really efficient. We were able to check the drawing ideas in literally 1.5days of putting down the deposit. 
We are now waiting for the planning approval. Can’t wait for the 8 weeks to be over.

Delighted with the application approval that we got yesterday.

As discussed initially, we were dubious of our chances as our property in Weybridge sits in a flood risk area + conservation area.

But our full application for the  4m extension to the rear have been approved without any hassle. Also Elmbridge council was able to give us the approval within 7 weeks, so an added bonus.
