5. For applications in conservation Areas a Design and Access statement will be required, Extension Architecture can provide this for an additional £350-£550 (dependent on the scope and complexity of the project).
6. Basement method statements an additional: £200.00
7. Includes any resubmission and revisions to plans

2. Permitted Development Fee to council (£86) not included
3. Our expert team will liaise with the council and handle the full submission process.
