Planning Application

Call to Quote
  1. Draft Design until confirmation
  2. Provide two sets of Full Plans, electronic and Hard copy
  3. Full expert Advice and Support
  4. Receive Final plans
  5. For applications in conservation areas a Design and Access statement will be required, Extension architecture can provide this for an additional £100.00
  6. Includes any resubmission and revisions of plans

Building Regulation

Call to Quote
  1. Draft Design until confirmation

Site Survey

From £350*
  1. Site visit by one of our team of experts
  2. Consultation on proposed plans
  3. Full Site measurement survey
  4. Photographic survey (inc)

Submission + Fees

From £350*
  1. Planning application Fee to council (£335) not included
  2. Our expert team will liaise with the council and handle the full submission process.
