Architectural renders are good, but browsers, enquirers and clients do like to see a the finished article when looking at our portfolio. This project was for a leisure pavilion and a new kitchen within the host dwelling. It became one of our signature projects because we always aim to exceed the brief by making a unique, contemporary design in natural hues and materials. The client for this project was delighted with new living and leisure spaces.

It may seem novel to have a games room, and the majority of extension work tends to be for more functional living spaces. However, several of Extension Architecture’s requests have been for leisure use. This one was installed in a new side extension, however one of our current new builds is having a games room in the basement.
