Pre Planning Application - What We Can Do
We can help you submit your planning application and help you prepare an application process so you can get a decision sooner. Our services also include finding out at the first stages if you need any special amendments or if your property is listed or in a conservation area.We can work in more detail with various plans to reduce the time it takes to get approved and less chance of application rejection.Save you money and valuable tim by going through your proposal and identifying at the earliest opportunity to see if your planning application has a chance of being approved.
What Happens After I Submit My Planning Application to Reigate & Banstead Council?
The first stage will be that your planning application will be registered with the planning department. Following this they will send letters to anyone affected, most likely your neighbours about the work that is being carried out. All other relevant parties are also contacted including the highways authority. A planning official will make a site visit to the property or land where the build is to be carried out. After the visit the application is then assessed against council and government policy. At this point the council will, if needed make any amendments against the original planning application. The final stage is the granting of the proposed planning application then work can start on your project.
